Frequently Asked Questions
We’ve noticed that many of our patients haven’t found a comprehensive solution that meets their needs. Traditional ENT doctors often suggest CPAP machines or prescribe sinus medication, expecting patients to manage the inconvenience for life.
At Beverly Hills Sinus and Snoring Center, we take a different approach. We carefully listen to our patients’ symptoms, conduct thorough exams, and analyze their health history. New patients typically spend an hour or longer with our practice, and we schedule multiple check-ups after a procedure to ensure the best results.
We understand that snoring, sinus symptoms, and sleep apnea can be influenced by other medications, environmental factors, and anatomical issues. That’s why at our practice, we take a holistic approach to understanding and treating the root causes of these issues.
Please contact our practice to confirm your insurance before your first appointment. Some procedures at our Beverly Hills office may be considered out-of-network. At Beverly Hills Sinus and Snoring Center, we believe in providing the best recommendations to patients regardless of insurance coverage. We can also discuss financing plans for procedures and treatments.
The majority of our patient diagnoses and minimally invasive surgeries take place in our office. Some procedures may need to be performed at nearby hospitals and medical clinics, such as CT scans for sleep apnea, laboratory sleep studies, and advanced snoring surgeries that require anesthesia. Beverly Hills Sinus and Snoring Center is currently in the process of applying for admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.
Our objective is to carry out a safe procedure with minimal risk and a swift recovery. If you are feeling anxious about an upcoming appointment, we recommend arranging for a friend or family member to provide transportation to and from the appointment. Upon arrival, we can offer a low dose of anxiety medication. Following this, a local anesthetic will be applied topically and through injection to the targeted area before the procedure. After the procedure, patients may experience numbness for the next hour with minimal pain or discomfort.
